Chevron Deference Overturned

The Supremes yesterday issued a HUGE win for all Americans. This seems to me (as a non-lawyer) to be a build upon the West Virginia vs EPA decision a few years ago, further stripping the power from Executive Branch agencies who think they have legislative authority.
