30.05 being Posted

Over the past week I have seen several businesses posting 30.05 signs, since I routinely open carry I half expected somebody to say some thing to me, nary a word! Funny thing is all the signs I saw were printed on typing paper, none meet the criteria to be legal notice so I found it very amusing they even bothered!
