He is going to try to go after suppliers. It looks like shaky ground to me but INAL.

What NY has is a criminal control problem, not a gun problem. The jail is a revolving door. Criminals are arrested and released. Between bail reform and defund the police, the criminals are taking over.
Cuomo should focus on the root cause: Criminals.

Cuomo killed more people in nursing homes than guns in NY since the pandemic began.
