First: can we drop the secession rhetoric? It's taking away from a serious discussion...
Second: can we pretty much agree that the Senate seat should go to anyone EXCEPT Dewhurst? Even the Democratic candidates have a more fiscally responsible record than he does....

I think they should remove government mandates and subsidies.
