This incident should not be treated as a mere accident and all those who had a hand in it should be prosecuted to the full capacity that the law allows. LEO's (not all) need to remember that they are not in charge but are servants who are given authority only when necessitated, all other times they are civilian servants who chose to take the job and if they can't function in the servant capacity they need to loose the job. There are not many things worse than people who will commit perjury to cover up their actions and actions of fellow employees who have abused the rights of another. Thankfully, most LEO's do not fall in this category.

Yes, all.
When I say "not all", I mean there are many that already remember, it is part of them because they are actually serving a calling. I was referring to the LEOs who think they have been put in charge of all they see, and the few who think they are above the law when they get the badge.
