What fun is that? Geeez!
Probably not as much fun, but having to ride horseback 30 miles to the nearest gun show, would kinda put me out of the buying mood by the time I got there, just sayin...
Don't tell your wife........she'll just take away your car keys.

Yeah, but I have a gun store only 2 miles from the house. If I have to, I'll pull a George Jones and take a trip on thd riding mower.

Reminds me of that great movie (unrelated to George Jones's story) called The Straight Story - a tale about an old man, a WW2 vet, who drove his lawn tractor across Iowa and Wisconsin to visit his brother before he dies. It was an absolutely wonderful movie. I loved it.

I have to agree with TT, the left already thinks we are nothin' but a bunch of cowboys ridin' horses with guns on our hips. Need to add a horse to the mix :biggrinjester: :biggrinjester:

I have contact my state rep., Jonathan Stickland, about supporting HB 560. Fine out who represents you, here.

There are a few seniors that right their mobility scooters to the store and back. You could always do that, I won't judge.

Oh, I judge. Anyone who'd attempt to ride a mobility scooter across Iowa and Wisconsin is a special kind of stupid. You've got to watch that movie though. That guy was quite a guy. True story.

This morning on my way to the range, I saw a guy on the shoulder of the road (hwy 6) cruising on a mobility scooter.

If, like they often do in south Texas, I was to use the shoulder as a driving lane, this poor geezer could've be creamed.

I say geezer, knowing I just may be older than him.

Trouble is, I think I'm 25, with various aches and pains, but otherwise...
