I would hope that in the light of this kind of exposed testimonial fraud, senators/representatives would question future such witnesses about whether their loved one was killed with, or killed someone else, with a gun - and not some other instrument.Charles L. If it is found to be fraudulent testimony by reason of not being germaine to the topic, it should be struck from the record immediately, and the person testifying held in contempt (if the legislature has such a thing).
