I didn't see any forum rule violations and it seems more topical than many other threads. Is it really so difficult to not click on a subject if it doesn't interest you?

Answer those two questions first... Then decide if you need to spend $250 or so for an official legal opinion.

As you should know by now, those that rule don't have to follow the written rules. You can get them to follow the written rules (law) assuming you can afford the appropriate level of representation.

That's reality.
