If they come to Texas ... are not "Peace Officers" under Texas Statutes, and try to bring a weapon within the "forbidden zone" I hope a Sheriff arrests them for violating Sec. 46.03. PLACES WEAPONS PROHIBITED.

Sec. 46.03. PLACES WEAPONS PROHIBITED. (a) A person commits an offense if the person intentionally, knowingly, or recklessly possesses or goes with a firearm, illegal knife, club, or prohibited weapon listed in Section 46.05(a):

(1) on the physical premises of a school or educational institution, any grounds or building on which an activity sponsored by a school or educational institution is being conducted, or a passenger transportation vehicle of a school or educational institution, whether the school or educational institution is public or private, unless pursuant to written regulations or written authorization of the institution;

(2) on the premises of a polling place on the day of an election or while early voting is in progress;
but I'm thinking "Justice Dept" .... "an officer of the court."
(b) It is a defense to prosecution under Subsections (a)(1)-(4) that the actor possessed a firearm while in the actual discharge of his official duties as a member of the armed forces or national guard or a guard employed by a penal institution, or an officer of the court.

"Peace officer" means a person who is a peace officer under Article 2.12, Code of Criminal Procedure.

Why are "court people" (Justice Dept's BATFE who promotes sales of illegal arms to drug cartels" allowed to go into polling places armed ??????

All the time they spend looking for "loopholes" and they missed that one..... buncha loopholes... :banghead: "rlol"

Don't know if it was a protest, since she only called on the phone to ask questions ahead of the election as she didn't want to do something wrong on election day. But apparently calling on the phone with questions is enough to get you fired in Kalifornia.

She says she doesn't plan legal action, I hope she changes her mind.

She said she had never been trained on "UN election watchers" and since they were not "legal voters" they were not allowed near the polling place.

Hopefully things will work out as I expect on election day.

I guess I was wrong about this flap costing Obummer reelection and Democrats a lot of offices.

I have not found any mention of it on CNN or MSNBC. The Obama government doesn’t have to control the media. The media will go along with them willingly.
God Bless America, and please hurry.
