Anyone in Commiefornia will be able to take away your right to own a gun. How many Amendments to the Bill of Rights does this violate?

Well, this shows you don’t have to be very intelligent to be a lawmaker.

This bill would be so easy to kill it would actually be fun.

18101. (a) Any person may submit an application to the court, on a form designed by the Judicial Council, setting forth the facts and circumstances necessitating that a gun violence restraining order be issued. A gun violence restraining order shall be issued to prohibit a named person from possessing a firearm if an affidavit, signed by the applicant under oath, and any additional information provided to the court demonstrates, to the satisfaction of the court, the named person poses a significant risk of personal injury to himself or herself or others by possessing firearms.

If they have any pro gun lawmakers they should add a few riders to the bill that would strike the word “gun” and make it “violence restraining order” mandate the confiscation of a drivers license, any poisons in the house, pocket knives or any sharp instruments carried on the person. Add in a few creative items of your own.

The bill would be pulled so fast when these jokers find out they are trying to pass a bill that could be used to deny them their own rights and they would be made fools of.
God Bless America, and please hurry.

Good idea....but not just the DL, the cars too, which can be very dangerous weapons. And possibly even freeze bank accounts so they can't buy more dangerous weapons.
