The New Jersey Assembly has passed a gun control bill limiting the size of magazines to 10 rounds, down from 15. It now heads to the Governor's desk for consideration.
According to proponents,
"No law abiding citizen needs 15-round magazines," said Bryan Miller, executive director of the anti-violence group Heeding God's Call. In mass shootings, the shooter is overwhelmed at the point he has to re-load," he said. "That provides the rest of us opportunities to stop the carnage."
Several gun rights groups in New Jersey have vowed to campaign against Chris Christie in the future if he signs the pending legislation.
What a moron. Law Abiding Citizens do not open fire in mass shootings. Criminals don't obey any Laws so I'm sure they will have adequate rounds in their large capacity magazines while those people he's calling "us" engage them with smaller capacity magazines...

The freaks are well aware that criminals do not obey laws.
Their goal is the total confiscation of all firearms from citizens. It is camoflaged to look like law and order legislation.
There is no logic supporting their attempts. Their goal is clear.

Oh, I get it. All we have to do is wait until he reloads, then shoot. Now why didn't I think of that?
If Christie doesn't veto this, he's toast.

I wrote off Christie almost as soon as he came on to the scene. Wouldn't be surprised if he signed this and proceeded to become the GOP establishment front runner for president.

Well, let's see. If crime is rampant to the point almost everyone is afraid all the time then you have the perfect seed-bed for a nanny state. Enter the self-serving politician. Sound far-fetched?
