U.S. Supreme Court declines new gun regulations challenge

The court decided not to hear a challenge to a NJ law that required people to show a special reason to be able to carry a handgun outside their homes...

Seems the people of New Jersey need to grow something and vote. Or move. Looks like the Supreme are not going to do it for them.

I guess this is a victory for States rights.

Somebody needs to send SCOTUS the definition of "inalienable".
