So can some one familure with legilese please clairify. Does this tempory injuction mean we can carry on COE property while this case in still in progress or do we still need to wait until the outcome of the final ruling.

You have to wait.FL450 wrote:So can some one familure with legilese please clairify. Does this tempory injuction mean we can carry on COE property while this case in still in progress or do we still need to wait until the outcome of the final ruling.

Re: CofE sued for 2A violations
The way I understand it (IANAL) is that CoE cannot bring charges against anyone until the injunction is lifted.FL450 wrote:So can some one familure with legilese please clairify. Open questions...
1. if I get caught violating the rule today, can CoE bring charges later, after the injunction is lifted?
2. can CoE bring charges on a violator today in the 5th circuit (Texas), when they have an injunction against doing so issued by the 9th circuit (ID)?
I am not a lawyer. This is NOT legal advice.!

I would wait. Probably a lot of confusion on that issue by those enforcing the rules right now.FL450 wrote:So can some one familure with legilese please clairify. Also, court rulings can happen pretty much anytime. A judge could lift the injunction or alter it without us knowing.
