now it'll be interesting to see how well the state's economy fares over the next few years as well as the crime rate they keep that up i may have to look into a NCCHL forum......

Exactly. I'm sure he can find a sympathetic judge somewhere in the 4th circuit court district........which includes Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, and West Virginia.

Well, they are making some advances in NC, but you are not getting the whole story. You still have to get a permit from the sheriff prior to buying a pistol, and getting a NFA signed off depends upon where you live .

I think getting an NFA signed off depending on where you live is pretty much the case anywhere. I'm pretty sure folks in Austin, TX as an example, would have a hard time getting the Travis Co Sheriff or APD chief to sign off on NFA items. That is one reason why so many folks go for an NFA trust....

At least they are getting rid of the silly 'paid addmission' rule. Right now you can't carry into any assembalge of people where you have to pay an addmission to enter. This means movie theaters, concerts, etc are all off limits. They went way to the other side and will now even allow carry in a 51% location with a CHL.
