I had to call DPS yesterday to set up a driving class for a family member yesterday and they already have a recorded message playing that says an ID is required to vote and all DPS offices have the proper paperwork to get one.

In 1965, the South was virtually all in Democrat hands. What has changed since the VRA? The South is now predominantly in Republican hands. Republicans are far less interested or likely to be involved in voter fraud, or other criminal behavior involving elections. I look down my nose at both parties, having had my faith in either one of them abused as a loyal party member at various times in my life, but there is a significant difference between the two.... The democrat party is a well oiled machine, and its corruption is intentional, while the republicans are merely incompetent. Incompetence sometimes produces stumbling, but it rarely produces deliberate violations of the law. I think we can agree that the legacy media are largely sympathetic to the dems, and yet there are far more stories appearing on their pages about democrat corruption than republican corruption. Furthermore, when dems get caught, the party circles the wagon and defends them. When republicans get caught, the party tends to disown them.
