I dig this part:
H. Scott Curtis, chief counsel to the attorney general's office of courts and judicial affairs told The Baltimore Sun that sheriffs are obligated to enforce state laws.

"They have to consider the oath that they took when they took office and that is an oath to uphold the Constitution of the United States, the constitution of Maryland and Maryland's laws," Curtis told the paper.
What do you do when the US Constitution and your state laws conflict with each other? Pick and choose what you enforce and what you don't?
Corley said that he will enforce the law as he sees fit.
I guess so.

Everything in life has to start with a foundation. If you start a band, a church, a gang, or build a house, a car, a gun, a boat, start a country; it all has to start from a foundation. Our foundation is the United States Constitution. Anyone who ever serves our country in any capacity, whether military, law enforcement, political or any other, takes the oath to protect and defend the constitution. This is the supreme law of the land and any one who doesn't like it should start packing(to leave). It's really oxy-moron to say someone has to enforce all the laws, when some idiots made up laws in conflict with the supreme law. I used to not think of myself as being all that smart, but lately I've been feeling like I stayed in a Holiday Inn a lot. We've got to start taking back over our country from morons or there won't be anything left to take back. And we don't need an educated idiot to explain the contitution to us. They were smart enough to write it where anyone could understand it.
