My guess is that, if you search hard enough, somewhere in the thousands of pages of the (UN)Affordable Healthcare Act and its tens of thousands of NEW pages of regulations it authorizes, you will find in 6 point type stuck in a footnote, a paragraph which, if twisted hard enough, provides the authorization to steal your medical records without notifying you, obtaining a warrant, or asking for your permission. Since, with one single exception, this entire miasma of insanely bad judgement and disregard for the Constitution is a DEMOCRAT plot, I smell DEMOCRATs on the theft of these medical records—either by indirect action for having supported and voted for this crappy, and fecklessly insane bill; or
directly through the agency of a white house operative in the MOST CORRUPT AND LEAST TRANSPARENT ADMINISTRATION IN THE HISTORY OF THE NATION.
This is why democrats can never again be trusted with governance. Republicans aren't a whole lot better, but at least their fecklessness is motivated by a desire to be liked by their cocktail circuit colleagues inside the beltway, rather than by an intentional desire to destroy the nation.
