NY heats up.

As the name indicates, this is the place for gun-related political discussions. It is not open to other political topics.

Having been forced by my Yankee Carpetbagger Parents to grow up in NY State, this holds interest for me, and may well for all of us.

Selling it to a cop?

This is stupid. But...it seems like broke a stupid law so the arrest is good until a higher court overturns the stupid law.

Well, someone eventually had to volunteer to be the test case to get that monstrosity heard in court and hopefully overturned.

The other real issue here is how the arrest came about --a NY Stasi informer wannabe turned him in after seeing his FB post. The libs are turning this country into a nation of rats and giving every jerk with a grudge a weapon to smite relatives and neighbors he doesn't like.
