I have more than 250 rounds in my car.! Thats just in case I happen to be able to squeeze in some range time at lunch!

I try not to let my supply drop under 5,000rds per caliber for the firearms I own..

My restocking limit is 2,500 per caliber, except my hunting rifle (30.06) or shotgun. Based on what is going on, I might have to up that minimum level by a factor of 2 or 3.

Anything to advance the cause by exploiting a weak excuse to impose more controls.

If the truth be told, if the home of that 3 mag carrying street cop was raided, it's quite likely that a lot more than 250 rounds would be found. More than likely, they'd find a gun or two (or 15) as well. Why, they'd find a veritable "arsenal." The horror of it all........

One brick of .22 LR is twice that many rounds of ammo. They don't want us to have any ammo, since a gun without ammo is useless except as a club. It is about making slaves out of us.

To get 250 rounds of ammo, especially in Boston, they must have been planning this for a long time. Almost impossible to get 250 rounds of anything right now except for shotgun and hunting. I am assuming they would probably have 9mm or some other handgun cartridge.

Obviously, this is only one North-Eastern Liberal city's notion of how much ammunition two people should have in their home... granted terrorists planning to kill Americans, but from the verbiage enough to be viewed beyond the norm for gun owners. Just a glimpse into the minds of law enforcement ?[



Read in context, I think the chief was speaking about the unexploded ordnance rather than the 250 rounds which is hardly exciting.

In these days of ammo shortages, most of us would call 250 rounds under prepared and almost out for lawful gun owners.

In context, he (mis) used the word "firepower" and that could only mean the number of guns and ammo in liberalspeak because even they don't call bombs firepower.

Most Texas LEOs I know would think you're a new shooter if all you have is 250 rounds.

Having less than 500 for most of my firearms would send me searching for more.
