I agree. The culture needs to change. The culture that promotes people not being responsible for their own actions. The culture that promotes gangbanging and violence. The culture that dumbs down our education. The culture that has people more involved with Survivor and American Idol than politics and civics. The culture that causes a large number of people on the street to be unable to answer "Who is the vice-president of the US?".....and on and on and on....

He's right, the culture does need to change. Just not the way he thinks it does. Idiot.
