This writer should not be silenced. But all devices with Internet access should be banned to prevent her insane words from being read.

You know, for the children.

Was there a bayonet knife thingy?
I'm confused.
The first sentence and I'm lost already...
Never mind that Adam Lanza used a Bushmaster AR-15 assault-type rifle to rip apart the bodies of children at Sandy Hook Elementary School i
Perhaps I'll try using a rifle to clean fish or carve a turkey ... which part of a rifle is sharpest to rip apart stuff?
:confused5 :headscratch

The first sentence confused me so badly that ..... I just had to stop reading.

I shot her an email, it was polite but to the point. She is a pulitzer prize winner, so if she even takes the time to answer my one and only question in the email, at least I'll have a reply email from a pulitzer prize winner.

I asked her what she planned to defend herself with in case one of these crazies had a flesh ripper pointed at her.

Pulitzer's, Nobel's, they sure seem to be handing those things out to just about anyone these days.

The shooter waited one month after buying a Walther P22 pistol before he bought a second pistol, a Glock 19.[1] Cho used a 15-round magazine in the Glock and a 10-round magazine in the Walther.[
I'm not sure that Wikipedia gets it right on technical matters like this but I thought that I remembered that he had a Glock from the original stories and figured that it was probably a 15 round mag.

Quoting the article:
.....the U.S. Supreme Court has moved much further to the right....
The truth is that it has moved back toward the center......from the left. It's pretty stupid to say that a court which has 4 liberals, 4 conservatives, and one independent has "moved much further to the right." What a vapid idiot.

Moving to the center from the left, looks like moving to the right, when you're observing it from the FAR left. Just say'n.

Well yeah, but that's only a bad thing if you're a communist agitator. If you're an American who loves the Constitution, even someone who is just a little bit left of center would not use that kind of inflammatory rhetoric. And fairness (a uniquely American trait) is not well represented in her comments.
