It is truly a shame that the most visible representatives of the black community are the likes of Sharpton and Jackson. The video is a great example of how there are others who are better in that role.

As is so often case, those most capable of actually leading the black community are marginalized and belittled by said community. Why? Simply because they were able to achieve a level of success in the larger community that includes all races, outside the accepted avenues of government, sports or entertainment. With so few opportunities at the professional level in sports and entertainment available, millions feel justified in achieving nothing. These folks are, just by being who they are, shaming the rest of their fellows. If they can do it, so can the rest, so why don't they?
