I must say, I am shocked that I found a story on Yahoo news, sourced from the AP that called into question the oft used statistic of 40% of gun exchanges don't go through background checks.....

Normally the stuff I see on Yahoo (especially from the AP) are fluff pieces that carry the anti-gun viewpoint....
