Constitution Free Zone?

I've gotten this from a couple of different sources this afternoon.

At first, it looked like old news because of this link from 2006

I'm not sure what the trigger was for the emails to start flying to me about this subject but I'm assuming that some action at DHS must have set it off. I'm trying to figure that out now and am looking to see if anyone else has any ideas about why this started today. The sources who have provided me links are not from tin foil hat groups.

Anybody hearing about this or is it someone trying to drum up a conspiracy theory?

That's actually true, for me... I honestly don't know most of my passwords. I've got ways of typing them (obviously), but for the most part I don't know what they are.
