View on gun buy backs

Participating in a gun buy back because you believe that the criminals have too many guns is like having yourself castrated because you believe that the neighbors have too many kids.

I won't be wronged, I won't be insulted, and I won't be laid a hand on.
I don't do those things to other people and I require the same of them.

From what I've been able to find most of the guns ending up in buy back are junkers that are unsafe to fire
A gun owner with an old worn out junker can get a little cash for a junk gun that is useless at a buy back . If I wanted to get rid of a
gun that was in good condition I would take it to a pawn shop . Pawn shop would give me more for it
than a buy back would. I can't wait for a buy back in Austin I have a couple of guns that chronically jam.

And true.
I am not a lawyer, nor have I played one on TV, nor did I stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night, nor should anything I say be taken as legal advice. If it is important that any information be accurate, do not use me as the only source.
