As long as there is public opinion to be manipulated, they won't release the report. If there is a "critical juncture" in some sort of Federal legislative negotiations concerning gun control, that is when you will see the report, and you can imagine what it will say, and the tone of the wording, and how it will be spun, spun, spun by the mass media on top of that.
