A criminal in jail for a felony has to buy said liability insurance before he is released from jail. A felon is a very dangerous man, once he commits a crime the next one is day-to-day business of the new criminal career.Beiruty wrote:How about forcing criminals to have criminal liability insurance? Re: Mandatory Gun Insurance
Politicians should be required to have "Lie" insurance. Imagine what those rates would look like?

I am not a lawyer. This is NOT legal advice.!

Re: Mandatory Gun Insurance
I can't see how it could *not* be considered such. Can you imagine the uproar if folks were legally required to purchase insurance so you'd be able to cover someone's therapy payments in case you exercised your freedom of speech and hurt their widdle feewings or offended them. ??? Sounds a little ludicrous, doesn't it? How then can people suggest insurance for gun owners who are simply exercising their unalienable, Constitutionally-recognized right to keep and bear arms?Andrew wrote:Would be considered an infringement, the same as a poll tax?
Imbeciles.

I'm curious... would the state sell the policy? I bet they would.
