Prez Order is not permissible when law is needed. Otherwise, bypassing the congress and the constitution is a just abuse of Executive Power.
If Republicans ever consent to a new ban-law, it would be the end of the Republican Party and the birth of new Party. Coming 2014 election the 2-party system is over. Welcome to the new USA!

How does "Confederate Party" sound? Or should we simply call it "Conservative Party"?

I wonder if any of these people who support any kind of ban, realize what a big can of worms they are about to open???? I realize, once a right gets taken away that it never comes back, but the ones in office need to realize that once that unseen line is crossed, there is no going back. I'm not sure if they realize the gravity of the situation and what the likely response would be, not just politically.

It isn't a can of worms.

They are kicking a hornet's nest.

We are the hornets.

Right now they have no idea of how bad the sting is going to be.

No, they don't have any idea. I know people who never even wanted to own a gun. They've bought handguns, thousands of rounds of ammo, etc. Then there's the obvious: Why can't you find an AR-15 anywhere? .223 ammo? 9mm ammo? Springfield XDs have sold out in some places. I recently got the last Ruger LC9 at a large gun shop.

They've gotten more guns on the street. 50% of this country (at least) is irritated. Do they really want to back them into a corner?

Unfortunately, most of those who have most recently joined our ranks really do not have a clue about what is going on.

We can only hope that they come up to speed.

I would vote for "Constitutional Party". Every Federal official has an Oath to protect the Constitution. Let us see who is keeping his Oath or who is not. :totap: :totap: :totap:

There's already a Constitution Party. Dunno much about their views.

All I can say is support the NRA
I give them what I can afford every month
I'm a life member. The best way to stop Obama's
gun package is to give to support those who oppose it.

Please put your money where your mouth is

I a gave $ 50.00 to the Nra this month please help your NRA
:waiting:
