Absolutely not saying it would not happen anyway.. But if so, it would be very well documented, with what ever PC they came up with a matter of public record, something that can not be changed or modified after the fact.
Most, of which are good, LEO's would never do anything like this.. BUT as with any group of humans, not all in the group are good, honest, law abiding. For those few, that Im likely never to meet, if I should, I will make it as difficult as possible to be taken advantage of.. Same principle we most follow when out and about.. It's not that we strive to stop crime,, we strive to present a target the bad guys choose not to bother with.
