It's easy to think you could grow enough veggies but why were so many folks starving during the great depression? We have access to 100 plus rural acres with a pond but I know it couldn't be that easy. I would like to hear an educated estimate of how many people 120 acres could support.
If you sell those 120 acres now for new home sites, maybe you could
buy much more food than you could grow, and not have to get your
hands dirty!!! :-)
