I doubt it. The liberal leftist media will never allow that to happen. All things positive will automatically be attributed to Obama, all bad things will automatically be attributed to the republican minority and their lack of proper Obama worship. I bet he never dips below 60%...even after we're all out of jobs and out on the street.

In case some of you haven't taken notice, we now have a Democrat for President and Congress controlled by a majority of Democrats. How long it takes the two to get into lock-step on public spending and a hots of other issues is a matter of speculation. I speculate it won't be long.

The estate tax is set to expire in 2010. Obama wants Congress to act to keep it, taking 45 per cent of a person's estate above the $3.5 million personal exemption. Members of Congress are looking at resetting the tax to the Clinton era rate of 55 per cent with a $1 million exemption.

There's going to be a lot of goose-stepping in unison around Washington D.C. shortly.

With his friends in the media and Hollywood I think it will take a little over a year and a half. He will fail and it will be covered up just like they tried to do with Bill Clinton. His supporters expect change now and have a temporary relief with his election. The media is starting to run the fluff pieces of him and his family and putting down anyone who asks any serious question of him. However, the news cycle will turn and they will slowly turn on him as they find his less than messiah life isn't on par with their created fantasy of him. And the so called Black Leadership elected and not, will put him down when he does not concentrate the nations wealth and power on the black community. And, it is a shame that he was elected when this nation has an ever increasing pool of possibly great, black politicians to choose from. The only reason he was elected was because he is seen as black and I find that as racist as not voting for someone because they are black. I guess that is the difference between left-thinkers and right-thinkers. Socialist types choose flash and conservatives choose substance.

Obama will never have the problem of not being viewed as black enough by the vast majority of the black community. That issue was raised in the election and quickly dismissed. He will not pander to black extremist who like to throw race into discussions where its not relevant. Reality is that he is our President and serves all. Obama is a politician and will always have critics and supporters. The way I see it he will take a lot of hits but still come out ok. He will have to work pretty hard to be seen as a failure. He lucked up by following Bush into office so the standard for success is a pretty low bar.

Ouch! That hurts. Don't lose sight of the fact that Bush took a hit for the team and willingly tarnished a sizable portion of his presidential legacy by imprisoning suspected terrorists illegally, quite possibly preventing further attacks along the lines of 911.

Ahh... but it was Jar Jar Binks that they 'used' to make the motion to give Palpatine ultimate power.

I'm betting John McCain will be the Jar Jar Binks of Obamanation.

According to the AP.... Obama's approval rating has fallen 6 points!

During the transition he was at 74%, now he's at 68%..... in less than a week.

Tell that kid you want to take his guns.
