Dan Bongino says an "unimpeachable source" tells him that someone was supposed to be on the roof where Thomas Crooks shot from but "didn't show up."

Bongino also claimed that the Biden admin is telling the USSS director to keep her mouth shut if she wants to keep her job.

"According to my source, that roof was supposed to be a police post... [there] was so supposed to be someone there."

"They're now making up excuses saying the pitch of the roof. My source says to me that no one knows why the post didn't show up."

"I was also told that the USSS director has been given instructions from the administration and the DHS secretary: 'If you wanna keep your job, you'll keep your mouth shut about this.'"

This shows a cow apparently more qualified for Secret Service duty.

I understand officers were inside the building and not outside assisting with security. Maybe their job was to relay communication from the police to the secret service about all the sightings of the assassin before the shooting.

I’m sure if the Secret Service officers directly protecting the President were aware of all this chatter, they would have delayed the Presidents appearance. It is not unusual for these things to run late.

We were very lucky the nation did not lose this man, it was inches away.

The officer who confronted Thomas Matthew Crooks on the roof radioed a "blanket tactical channel" that there was "an individual on the roof with a weapon" before the assassination attempt on President Trump.

Why wasn't President Trump immediately evacuated?

Was the Secret Service listening to this "blanket tactical channel"?

Two officers went to the lowest point of the building. One officer boosted the other high enough to reach the roof, where he saw the shooter with a weapon.

Crooks turned and pointed his weapon at the officer, who then ducked and fell off the roof.

"The boosting officer and the officer that fell were both on the radio indicating that there was an individual on the roof that did, in fact, have a weapon."

"There was a blanket tactical channel being used. Everyone who was on that tactical channel heard it."

How much time was there between that radio communication and the gun being fired at President Trump?

It's bad enough that the Secret Service didn't put anyone on the most obvious roof 150 yards away.

But after two police officers radioed in that there was a guy on the roof with a gun, why wasn't President Trump immediately evacuated?

It was mentioned somewhere that CNN has not been carrying Trump’s rallies live for some time.

However, it carried this one live for some unknown reason.

Susan Crabtree, reporter from Real Clear Politics, is saying USSS theory is he wanted to have a Las Vegas style mass shooting and initially was not planning to assassinate President Trump but changed his mind.

I guess it's a plausible theory, except for having a range finder - why would he bring that if that was his intention? But we'll never know unless a manifesto or messages are discovered as to his intention if other than assassination. But there needs to be an independent investigation of all of the incomprehensible mistakes made by the USSS.

He did leave following message on a gaming platform per Crabtree further down in her thread on this:

The shooter had no ID on him. They only had the serial number from the rifle. They were in a very short time able to find the purchaser was from nearby and had his name and address, the father.

Apparently the gun store the father had purchased the AR 15 from 10 years before was no longer in business. So the all forms were sent to the AFT as required by law. They quickly searched by hand all these forms from nearby closed gun stores and got very lucky.

This article seems to think they did something else to find the gun purchaser, the father.
