I haven't read her tweets (I don't do Twitter), and she should NOT be banned from Twitter, but she needs to chill a little about VAERS. VAERS is very misleading; it's just a count of adverse health events that happen within a certain time frame after vaccination. Like, if you get vaccinated, then have a heart attack or something afterwards, it's counted in VAERS. The events are evaluated to determine whether or not they may be RELATED to the vaccination; no cause and effect is implied or even suggested. Anti-vaxxers love to wave VAERS statistics around. Anyway, just saying...............

:thumbs2: agree with you on the VAERS mis-use. I ran into it chasing down some claims for friends.

It is getting really bad - communist/marxist bad regarding social media cancellations and bans.

It seems a lot of conservative Twitter users are going to Gettr - especially in the last couple of days. Of all the alternatives, Gettr seems to be the platform people are going to and it helped that Joe Rogan went there yesterday because of his podcasts with experts on COVID, including Dr. Peter McCullough, expert on viral infections and last week Dr. Robert Malone, the inventor of mRNA, are getting censored. Youtube has deleted them, but can be found on Rumble which is a video alternative that many conservatives have switched to as well. Many are saying the Joe Rogan censor and him going to Gettr may be what breaks Twitter. Hopefully so.

Clearly Facebook, Twitter, Google, Amazon, Apple and other big tech and finance companies are acting as publishers deciding what is and is not allowed - and it is just amazing that it is almost always conservatives and pro Americans and the non Fauci faithful that are getting their accounts canceled and locked out.

The left kept shouting if you don't like it, build your own. So some have. But many of these tech and finance companies conspired to destroy Parler last year, another tech alternative to Twitter.

Just in the past day or so, Facebook has locked out the account of a conservative children's book publisher Hero's of Liberty https://www.foxbusiness.com/politics/fa ... es-liberty. I guess children reading about Ronald Reagan, Thomas Sowell, Amy Comey Barrett, John Wayne etc. is dangerous for kids as it disputes the indoctrination they are getting in our public schools.

Yet these companies allow pornography, the Taliban, Iranian leadership, Islamic terrorist organizations, left wing nut jobs, and even pedophiles on their "platforms". Let's not forget the "planning" for January 6th was done on Facebook and Twitter - but they shutdown Parler. These platforms decide not to publish conservatives or anyone who does not agree with the COVID doctrine from big pharma, Fauci, or dare to hold conservative values. And of course - weapons and discussions of such and the Second Amendment are severely scrutinized and restricted across many platforms.

The major problem with beating an existing social media platform in today's market with an alternative one is: traction and engagement. Do enough people (of various and opposing views) go to a new one and make Twitter and/or Facebook the next MySpace? It also has to have freedom from being controlled or destroyed by existing tech and finance companies.

I'm hoping:
Gettr beats Twitter
Rumble beats YouTube
FaceBook and Instagram need serious competition
TikTok needs competition from a free country that is not controlled by the CCP.

If just two or three alternative platforms make it big time, corporations are going to have to reconsider their continual bowing and kneeling to the left.

I don't disagree with you but wanted to point out the flipside to your comments: there is just as much (maybe more) Bologna flying around from vax at all costs crowd. :tiphat:

Facebook Blacklists Reps. Marjorie Taylor Greene Following Twitter Ban
Rep. Greene is one of the most popular Republican members of Congress on social media, with hundreds of thousands of followers across multiple platforms. Prior to her ban from Twitter, she had nearly half a million followers on the platform, one of the largest of any Republican representative.
