10 allows for the math and for the mandatory reload[s] If it took more than that you'd have to wait another 120 days to be able to re-test..

I'm sorry, but if you can't hit the target with one bullet, you shouldn't have a gun.

So twice the capacity, 5.56 @ 30 rounds times 25 magazines is 1500 rounds every 120 days and 9mm @ 17 rounds times 15 magazines is 510 rounds and .22lr @ 10 times 20 is 400 rounds. They don't mean it that way of course but as presented it can be interpreted that way. Still stupid and totally against it but I like to find all the ways they can be messed with.
