It is interesting the differences in response between this post and the Walmart blocking this site I posted a day ago.

Has public WiFi become that much worse for your phone in 4 years.

IANAL, but that seems like easy grounds for appeal if the defendant is convicted. Assuming the defense attorney is aware of your statement, of course.

I think the difference is that Wal Mart is blocking something on THEIR Wifi, and in this case the government is blocking something on YOUR Wifi (you own it since you are paying for it).
