It is interesting the differences in response between this post and the Walmart blocking this site I posted a day ago.

Has public WiFi become that much worse for your phone in 4 years.

Moral of the story - avoid jury duty?

*Edit* Don't they issue warrants if you "avoid" it?

During voir dire just tell them you know he/she is guilty (just look at his/her eyes) and should get the death penalty.

Tried that once in a juvenile misdemeanor trial. Judge laughed and said, "Have a seat".

IANAL, but that seems like easy grounds for appeal if the defendant is convicted. Assuming the defense attorney is aware of your statement, of course.

I think the difference is that Wal Mart is blocking something on THEIR Wifi, and in this case the government is blocking something on YOUR Wifi (you own it since you are paying for it).

What county? It's one think for a private company to block whatever they wish, but governmental action is censorship and possibly violates the First Amendment.
