Lets step thru this logically.

- Armed citizens are successful 95% of the time at active shooter events. (see link in OP)
- Over 97% of mass shootings take place in gun free zones
- Logically, it would make sense that removing statutorily off limits locations. More people carrying would reduce mass shootings.
