Excellent article by Dr. Hurd on the support for people suing gun manufacturers.

How could 28 percent of Americans actually think it’s valid for people to sue gun manufacturers for deaths of people due to guns? (Sadly, I suspect the percentage is much higher than 28 percent, given the victim culture we are becoming).

I wonder how Ford/GM/Etc. would handle being held liable for a car they manufactured that was used to commit vehicular manslaughter?

The part that saddens me the most is that these moronic ideas get any traction at all. :roll:
