This is the case from the fourth circuit sending Maryland's ban on AR-15 rifles back to the District Court for review under "strict scrutiny."

I really liked the "strict scrutiny" test utilized in the previous panel opinion. My worry is that the full court will hear the case in May then decide Maryland's ban is okay.

Luckily there is no danger to our AR rifles here in Texas--at least for now.
