New York, Ct now Georgia has announced a bill that would make a lot assault weapons and some ammo illegal. CA is also pretty messed up, and you just know there will be more states that libs control will also try it. I am pretty new to Texas maybe they already tried it here.

Banning hi cap mags and universal background checks along with several other "wishlist" items, such as making it a criminal act to not report a firearm stolen in 24 hours come up nearly every session here in TX.

None of them ever see the light of day.

Agreed, and your point is valid and an excellent reason for maintaining our vigilance, working to elect politicians that will further our agenda and work against the grabbers.
