watch the comments. I'll just say that I can't post my reaction when I saw this, and I still can't comment on it now.

That was a MASSIVE dumb moment for the Director of the FBI. And, to top that off, those working for him let him down, too. They should have put together a comprehensive briefing that would have educated him beforehand. So, seeing that from one of the nations' top law enforcement officials, I now feel that maybe some of those on the left are indeed truly ignorant about firearms and the laws surrounding them, that it's not just an act.

Why would he know or care? The laws are only for us peons and don't apply to the ruling class. :blowup

There have been quite a few times during his congressional testimonies that I've thought that he just isn't a very intelligent guy.

But wait, this rabidly anti-gun CA State Senator Kevin de Leon (a Democrat from Los Angeles) make the FBI director look like a genius!!!!! :headscratch

I'm sorry....I just don't believe he doesn't know. This stuff is all scripted. There is no way he didn't know the questions in advance and wasn't coached by Valerie Jarrett or her team. This statement was made deliberately to make people who don't know better think you can buy guns from the internet and have them shipped to your home. Hey, you can buy guns on the internet and have them shipped to your home...the FBI director said so, I heard him.

It was planned and scripted.....don't be naive. It was said in a way he could feign ignorance if he got called on it. It's all part of the liberal game.

Except they he was being questioned by Lyndsey Graham, so you wouldn't think it was a setup... they should have shown the full context, though.

No. That makes it MORE likely...a lot more likely. Lyndsey Graham is one of the biggest phony Republican weasels in Congress. Still, maybe not a set up if it was Ted Cruz....but I suspect even then, either the Congress would be required by the administration to submit questions in advance (or they wouldn't let them testify at all), or the administration would get them in some other way. Ole' toe tapping Lindsay is a saboteur whose only purpose in even being a presidential candidate is to help sabotage the relative "outsiders" like Trump, Cruz, Carson, and Fiorina. He's a 100% complete stooge for the ruling class.
