Vignarajah, who is married, is apparently filmed in bars and hotel rooms with the representative, an unidentified woman posing as a law student. Over drinks, the woman asks him “off the record” about guns.

“My complete answer, off the record, is we should ban guns altogether, period,” he said. “If you want gun practice with a gun, you can go to the gun range and then you leave it there and you go home.”

In an 11 minute video released Tuesday, Deputy Attorney General Thiruvendran Vignarajah is surreptitiously caught on camera committing an apparent ethical breach, as well as speaking his mind on the Second Amendment. O'Keefe talked to C4 shortly after the video's release.

Well, hopefully within a week or two he will be relieved of his position as AAG. One down 675,834 to go.

I AM shocked by this. Anytime something like this happens I am shocked to learn that someone like this is apparently naive and foolish enough that they are fooled by a pretty face into disclosing things like this. It's almost as if they've never watched tv or movies, or heard of the internet, or....but seriously, it didn't say that he was recorded - or did I miss that? As Maryland is a two-party state.

Guys, especially guys that don't normally see any interest from attractive females, are often very easily manipulated and exploited in spite of the fact that they have plenty of reason to know better. Most guys think THEY are the exception to all the other exploited schlubs. An attractive female that is prepared to exploit the stupidity of most men can get away with just about anything.

My mistake, thought that I'd seen Maryland somewhere in there.

The conference of DA's was taking place in New York City, but the Maryland AG was there.

The state is, the city not so much. I've talked with people that live in the rest of the state and there are lots of good people there. Many of them hate New York City because of the laws that get passed because of it.

If there's a terrorist shooting incident in NYC, you can bet that there won't be any CHL's
there to slow the BG's rampage.

Heck, Donald Trump is a NYC resident and NYS CHL, with an H & K .45, but he can't be everywhere. :-)
