Windows Administrator
Perl / PHP Developer
Chat / Phone Tech Support Representative

These are permanent full time positions with a very rapidly growing company (a rarity in the current economic environment).

If you PM me with the info elements in the original post on your friend, I can still pave the way with a referral and then send him the company's contact info if that's OK with both you and him.

Sounds like Rackspace a few years back...as I've gotten older, so has the average age of the employees... . I'm 31 now and the average age is just under that.
