Administrator for Historical Foundation. Full -time, paid position. Reporting to the CEO, the Administrator of the Cavalla Historical Foundation manages (CHF) affairs, providing effective internal and external communication and assisting in the growth of the Foundation. Requirements: The candidate should be experienced in grant writing in the non-profit sector. Skills: Demonstrates maturity, creativity and self motivation. Must have strong verbal and written communication skills. Must be comfortable with public speaking and asking the public for financial and in-kind donations. Should be friendly and tactful with a compassionate personality. Must be flexible. Attention to detail and follow-through are essential. Should have a positive attitude and work well in a team-oriented environment. Computer skills in word-processing, spreadsheet and mailings are required. Passion for Naval history is preferred.
