Requirements
• Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field; Master’s a plus
• Minimum of 8 years exempt level experience in human resources management, with an HR generalist background, with a strong knowledge of recruiting and staffing functions.
• Proven ability to work independently and handle complex Human Resources issues with little supervision or guidance.
• PHR or SPHR certification highly preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. ADP and e-cruiting experience a plus.
• Excellent reasoning and analytical skills, and exceptional oral and written communication skills required.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks Demonstrated ability to manage multiple and complex administrative processes·
• Strong customer orientation skills
• Ability to network and establish relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Superior communication skills (oral and written)
• Strong planning, organization and prioritization skills
