Well I sent at 4:00 a.m.

My sister-in-law in food service at school and her daughter who will be in college one day just sent some too ... they dropped by for an early morning visit and I said hey .... y'all vote, or you will soon ... would you like to be allowed the right to prevent your own robbery or rape, or would you prefer to continue to be denied the right to try?

My response would have been something along the lines of "Well, if he/she were on the committee, I would. But since he/she isn't, I'm calling your guy. Oh, and I may not be in your district, but I know plenty of people who are, and they aren't going to be happy when they hear how you handled this call. Do you think you live in a vacuum or something? Need I remind you that MY taxes pay YOUR salary? This call isn't to you, it's to your boss. Now how about you button your lip and record my concerns?"
