Sweet! I've been to South Dakota before. It's a pretty decent place to visit. I'm honestly surprised they don't have constitutional carry already considering their culture up there. Good for them! Next up, Texas...
I remember going to the state capitol as well in Pierre. I wasn't sure if carrying in the capitol was allowed at the time. Apparently, it wasn't. But who would know? There's no security in the building. That place was like a ghost town. The only people there were a bunch of LEOs practicing for a parade that weekend. That is in stark contrast with the North Dakota state capitol that I visited the next day.
