Utah CHL timeframe?

Utah CHL timeframe?
I'm planning a trip to Washington state later next month and would like to carry while I'm there. Utah seems to be the only route for me to do so. I've already found someone who offers the class not too far from me, but I want to know it's worth it (that the license will arrive before I leave). Does anyone know how long it takes to actually receive a Utah CHL? I know they are allowed up to 60 days, but I'm looking for personal experiences here.

Nevermind - it looks like the distance to the trip will be measured in days, not weeks, so I'm not going to get one before I leave. Darn.
