Provides that if a person who is not an Ohio resident and has a valid concealed handgun license from another state, regardless of whether the other state has entered into a reciprocity agreement with the Attorney General, and the person is temporarily in Ohio, that out-of-state license will be recognized in Ohio during the time that the person is temporarily in Ohio (R.C. 109.69(B)(3)).
Sounds like we can now carry in Ohio

Yep, they do.

Previously discussed here: viewtopic.php?f=7&t=76840&p=971737" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Note almost a month after the reciprocity agreement was announced, Texas still does not list Ohio as having an agreement on the DPS website, so I would still recommend that an Ohio CHL NOT CARRY IN TEXAS until the agreement is officially published.

A Texas CHL carrying in Ohio is perfectly fine and legal.
