The owner of two Schlotzsky’s Deli shops in North Little Rock, Arkansas, has stirred a bit of controversy after posting a sign at each of the restaurants. The sign simply assures concealed handgun carry license holders that they – and their guns – are welcome in his business.

As a store owner I would never dream of doing such a thing purely from a legal liability point of view.
It may appeal to me emotionally but I can easily imagine a lawyer finding creative ways to use it against me should a shooting happen on my premises.

I have a sign like that in my workshop - my customers seem to like it, but I'm sure that's not unexpected for a guy that sells and fixes guns

As long at they keep the guns holstered and don't threaten anybody, I guess the store doesn't care if pot heads want to buy a sandwich because they got the munchies.
