Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis Makes Florida A Permitless Carry State
Today, Governor Ron DeSantis signed House Bill (HB) 543 which strengthens Floridians' Second Amendment rights by allowing Floridians to carry concealed weapons without a government-issued permit. HB 543 goes into effect on July 1, 2023, making Florida the 26th state to enact Constitutional Carry legislation.

It's time Florida's long history of licensed carry went constitutional carry. With the ever-mounting ant-gun pressure from the White House and all the Bloomberg and Soros stooges, we're still making strides toward reinforcing the 2nd Amendment.

It's close. You still need a license if you wish to open carry. This particular bill only allows for CONCEALED carry without a permit.

Ah. Should have read it, huh? But still one small step...
(Haven't thought about it, but Neil Armstrong's first words from the moon would be wildly inappropriate today and would have the media and woke cancellers all over him.)
